Paying by Credit Card:

Please provide the "bill to" address exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. During our online real time authorization process we will validate that the "Bill to" information you provided matches the information on file with your credit card issuing company. The processing of your order may be declined or delayed if we cannot verify the "bill to" information or the information does not match the address information on file.  If your credit card is declined during checkout, please verify that you have provided your billing information correctly.  Multiple checkout attempts may cause your credit card company to place multiple authorization holds against your credit cards available credit line.

 
Paying by Pay Pal:

Once you have chosen Pay Pal, the checkout processes will lead you into your Pay Pal account. Please follow through by logging in and completing the transaction. Failure to do so will keep your order as incomplete

 
Sales Tax:

Tinman Merchandising L.L.C. collects California State sales tax. Tax for orders shipped in California will have sales tax automatically added to the order total.

Order Processing:

We try to process and ship all orders within 24 hours. During high season please allow 3 to 5 days for orders to be processed and shipped. Shipping may take up to 2-7 days within the United Statesand 2-4 weeks for International orders. Tinman Merchandising L.L.C. complies with all Customs forms and formats to insure that your package runs smoothly and quickly. All custom fees are paid for by the consumer.

All special promotions including free shipping, are sent via USPS unless otherwise determined by Tinman Merchandising, LLC.
